Aubettes & drinks
For receptions, you can serve some of your zakouskis in aubettes. Served on small plates, you'll be able to enjoy all the preparations suggested above to your heart's content.
Each aubette comes with clips to hold your glasses on the plate while you enjoy your meal. These aubettes can be included in reception packages or taken in addition to the zakouskis offered in these packages. Drinks can be supplied by you without any corkage fee.
